Come along to the launch of Miss Cork & Miss Cork Universe on November 24th @ the Roxy Nightclub(old Classic Club). You can register on the night & ask any questions you may have. Feel free to bring a friend or family member. The Miss Cork Team will be on hand from 8pm!
The final will take palce on March 11th @ the Rochestown where a new Miss Cork & Miss Cork Universe 2011 will be crowned. The winning girls will carry on the prestigious crown previously held by now hugely successful models such as Mairead O'Farrell, Anita O'Brien, Anita Dougher, Jean Kenny & Etaoin ni hAilpin.
Special guest Judge at the final is Former Miss Ireland, model & model agent Adrea Roche!
Previous winners of the most sought after model career stepping-stone titles in Cork, have gone on to huge national success but more importantly, all girls have become working professionals in the industry here in Cork, being heavily booked for fashion shows, photoshoots, press calls and top events locally & all over Ireland.
With a host of prizes and a years contract, management and training up for grabs with Lockdown directors Emer & Vivienne, both winning girls will instantly become two of the busiest & most photographed models in Cork.
The winning girl for Miss Cork 2011 will represent the rebel county at the prestigious Miss Ireland finals in Dublin later in 2011. Former winners include Rosanna Davison (former Miss World), Pamela Flood & Amanda Brunker. The Miss Cork Universe 2011 winner will go on to represent Cork at the Miss Ireland Universe finals, run by Andrea Roche with former winners such as Rozanna Purcell now modelling in the USA at Donald Trumps agency.
